Teulada-Moraira has 8 km of coastline with alternating sandy and rocky beaches and coves, as well as numerous cliffs.
Since 1998 it has been awarded the Blue Flag, an annual distinction managed by the European Foundation for Environmental Education, which is awarded to beaches with an excellent rating in terms of environmental management and information, high coastal quality, good presentation of services and safety for users.
Portet Beach
Located 1.8 km (2 min.) from the town centre of Moraira, with fine sand and crystal clear waters, it is one of the favourite options for visitors, due to its quality and spectacular location. This beach is almost obligatory for visitors and is also ideal for water sports such as snorkelling, kayaking and paddle surfing.
Guarded by the Cap d’or watchtower, it offers a beautiful route along the cliffs, perfect for hiking lovers and accessible to all ages.
L’Andragó Cove
Rocky cove with clear waters, perfect for diving, where you can enjoy a beautiful seabed full of flora and fauna that makes it a very special place.
It has a smooth rocky area where you can sunbathe and a staircase to access the water.
It is surrounded by an area of restaurants with different gastronomic offerings and open terraces that offer spectacular views of the sea.

Ampolla beach
It is the most accessible beach in the area, due to its location in Moraira and its large parking area practically on the beachfront.
Sandy and guarded by the Castell de Moraira, an 18th century forn, its water quality and parks, make it a very familiar beach where you can spend long summer days and from there you can also enjoy the views of the Peñon de Ifach and some breathtaking sunsets.
Les Platgetes
They are made up of two small coves, alternating fine sand and rocks. Easily accessible and with a parking area, it has a garden area and a beautiful promenade that joins the two parts of the beach.
Its transparent and often calm waters are perfect for paddle surfing and diving, as they combine rocky areas with sandy bottoms and posidonia meadows, responsible for the good quality of its waters.
Ecological walk in Benissa
This is a path of great natural beauty that runs along almost 4 km of coastline in the town of Benissa, made up of cliffs and secluded coves where the vegetation almost reaches the seashore.
The walk is equipped with informative panels with information about its geological origin and the flora and fauna that inhabit it.
The entire route is 3.5 km long, lasts 45 minutes and is of low difficulty.
From the beginning to the end, we will visit the Fustera beach, Cala dels Pinets, Fanadix green area, where there is a pine forest with a picnic area, public toilets and a bio-healthy park.
From there, following the blue and white markings along the route, we enter the Llobella ravine that leads to the Llobella cove, a cove that is usually very quiet and easy to access.
Returning to the point where we turned off to visit this cove, we continue towards Cala l’Advocat.
From here we follow the route northwards along an area of spectacular cliffs until we reach the Bio-healthy Park where you can exercise on the machines and enjoy the incredible views.
The recommendations for this route from the Benissa Tourist Office are : To take dogs on a leash, to follow the paths, to respect the flora and fauna, to carry water and to go in company. The following actions are also forbidden:
Making fires, camping, motor vehicles, littering.
